Designed to help you increase lean muscle mass, build endurance and burn fat! The circuit class is a one-hour total-body workout designed to push each individual to their maximum potential.
Strength, flexibility, cardio, and core will all be covered. Your instructor will take you through a workout utilizing cables, dumbbells, rubber bands, stability balls, TRX bands, incline treadmill trainers and more.

Monday: 6:00am, 9:00am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am (Advanced)
Wednesday: 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm
Thursday: 6:00am, 9:30am (Advanced), 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am (High Intensity Interval Training), 9:30am
Each class is 55 minutes.
The cost is $175 for a package of 10 classes, which can be used anytime. Or drop in for individual classes for $22.50/class.
