Circuit Class

Circuit: A class for everyone. Designed to help you increase lean muscle mass, build endurance and burn fat! The circuit class is a one hour total body workout designed to push each individual to their maximum potential. Strength, flexibility, cardio, and core will all be covered. Your instructor will take you through a workout utilizing cables, dumbbells, rubber bands, stability balls, incline treadmill trainers, and more.

Class cost options:

Six-week class with multiple cost options:

  • 3 days per week for $270 total

  • 2 days per week for $180 total

  • 1 day per week for $90 total

Drop-in fee to take any of the circuit classes at any time

  • $20 per class

When committing to six weeks there is no carry over for sessions, all sessions for the week must be used. Each class is 55 minutes.
