Circuit Class

Designed to help you increase lean muscle mass, build endurance and burn fat! The circuit class is a one-hour total-body workout designed to push each individual to their maximum potential.

Strength, flexibility, cardio, and core will all be covered. Your instructor will take you through a workout utilizing cables, dumbbells, rubber bands, stability balls, TRX bands, incline treadmill trainers and more.

CURRENT SCHEDULE

Monday:  6:00am, 9:00am, 6:30pm

Tuesday:  9:30am (Advanced)

Wednesday:  9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm (Advanced)

Thursday:  7:00am, 6:30pm

Friday:  7:00am

Saturday:  8:30am, 9:30am (Advanced)

Each class is 55 minutes.

 

COST

1 month term:

2 workouts/week - $135

3 workouts/week - $200

4 workouts/week - $250

Unlimited - $300

3 Month term:

2 workouts/week - $125

3 workouts/week - $180

4 workouts/week - $250

Unlimited - $250
