Core Class

Core: A 30 minute class that focuses on the muscles that support and strengthen your posture, balance, and stability.


From the balance and change of direction necessary in sports such as soccer, basketball, football, etc...to the support and stability needed for endurance athletes to remain more competitive, a strong core is essential for all sports/activities. Not only athletes benefit from core specific training - a strong core can decrease the incidence of low back pain brought on by long hours in the office chair.

Your instructor will develop your core through the use of body weight exercises, and Bosu Balls, Dyna Discs, Free Motion Cables, TRX, etc...

Class cost options:

Six-week class with multiple cost options:
  • 2 days per week for $90 total
  • 1 day per week for $45 total
Drop-in fee to take any of the circuit classes at any time:
  • $10 per class
  • $75 for a 10-pack (25% off the regular rate)

When committing to six weeks there is no carry over for sessions, all sessions for the week must be used. Each class is 30 minutes.
