Join our next scheduled Ladies Night event - FREE! Ladies, this is your chance to get your questions answered and have some fun! We'll have an all-female staff on board for this evening to make sure you're comfortable asking whatever comes to mind and getting just the right fit.
All purchases will go toward your loyalty points. So, for example, if you bought $300 worth of merchandise, you would get a future credit of $48 - enough to buy a new bra!
Not sure what bra to wear for different activities, and how it should fit? You may even be a bit embarrassed to ask the questions you need to have answered. Fear not - this is the place and the time to make sure you have the perfect fit!
We will be providing bra fitting, sizing, and recommendations as to the best bra for your intended aerobic activity.
Throughout the evening, our staff and some manufacturer representatives will be available to answer questions regarding nutrition, training, or anything else that comes up. We will be providing advice on what to wear at particular temperatures and conducting gait analysis. We can help make sure that you not only have the appropriate shoes, but also give techniques to increase your run efficiency.
To top it off, enjoy complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers. We have some expertise in this area, and will have just the perfect sampling to help you enjoy your evening.

Kara Thom is a wife, mother, author of 9 books - and counting (including Becoming An Ironman), motivational speaker, and accomplished Ironman! She has blogged once a week or more for seven years about “finding fitness in the chaos of motherhood," now the title of one of her eBooks in the Life as a Fit Mom series. She stated up front that Mama Sweat was not about weight loss or acquiring the perfect body; it was about the absurdities moms face when they're trying to be mom, wife, employee (or employer), daughter, sister, friend, and the many other roles they take on, while making fitness fit into their lives. With her growing family, she realized being a good fitness role model and raising a fit family became part of the discussion, so she began writing more children's books.
