Vicki Ostendorf

Hometown: Hudson, Wisconsin

Certified Personal Trainer since: Now I’m dating myself…1990

Fitness Background: I am a Certified Personal Trainer, USA Triathlon Certified Coach, and RRCA Certified Coach. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse University with a degree in Corporate Fitness, a Minor in business as well as coaching. I spent 4 years playing outfield for the women’s fastpitch softball team in LaCrosse. Shortly after graduating, I realized that I really loved torturing individuals on an ongoing basis, so personal training seemed to be the perfect fit!

After many years of training, Tri Fitness is my passion. I love watching people make changes and our team being a part of those changes. Join our community. I guarantee that you will soon be doing things you never thought you could. Dream big…and let us help you achieve those dreams!

Pete Ellis

Trainer/Coach, Certified Cycling Power Coach

When I am not chasing my kids around the house, pool, and everywhere else, you can find me chasing PRs on the bike. I was a mere mortal (and still am) when I started triathlon three years ago, but I found success in one rule: always listen to my coach. I have competed in a variety of disciplines from sprint tri, 24hr ultra biking, time trial, marathon, and everything in between.

I am very excited to get the opportunity to coach spin and I am looking forward to lending a unique perspective to life on the trainer in the off season. I am well versed in improving position on the bike, power output, interval training, bike handling, bike tech, and maintenance. My ultimate hope is to help my students achieve their training and racing goals while remaining healthy and excited about triathlon.

You can contact me at pete@trifitnesswbl.com.

Ashley Erickson

Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Weight Loss Coach

Hometown: White Bear Lake, MN; Currently live in Wyoming, MN

Some of my favorites: I love spending time with my husband and two children on our hobby farm. I absolutely love physical activities of all kind and just being outdoors. I love new challenges and adventures, so if you have one for me, I am game!

Fitness background: I was a chubby kid growing up and one day I decided to do something about it. It all started with a Barbie aerobic tape and I haven’t looked back since! In high school, I joined the wrestling team as their first and only female wrestler. From there, I was hooked and began my journey of personal training. I have taught/coached yoga, pilates, spin, Insanity, bootbamps, cardio kick, and figure competition training, etc. You name it, I've taught it!

I love helping my clients set and achieve their goals, even if they seem impossible at the time.

I would love to help you with your next goal!
