Performance Coaching

Are you ready to take your triathlon training to the next level? Or work closely one-on-one with one of our expert coaches to help you achieve your goals? Consider one of our Triathlon Coaching packages! These are our most comprehensive and top training packages available for triathletes or those looking for a little more structure, support, and accountability in their training routine. 

Choosing a Package

We have 3 coaching packages to choose from at Tri Fitness. Each has unique features. We recommend basing your package choice on your goals and training needs and not solely on cost. There are many studies that show the importance of having a personal coach to ensure safe and effective training for long-term fitness goals. During your initial meeting with your coach, you will discuss what package best suits your personal fitness and lifestyle goals. All ironman and 70.3 athletes will be automatically enrolled in the Peak Performance Package.

Program Comparison Chart

Peak Performance Package ($225/month)

This is our most complete package. This is for those who want to train and race competitively. These athletes have more complicated and competitive long-term personal goals for training and racing. Athletes that will be placed on this package include (but are not limited to) ironman, half ironman, Boston qualifiers, short notice race prep (under 4 months for marathon and 2 months for half marathon), ultra distance events, significant improvement in goal time athletes, and competitive short distance athletes. 

Included in the Peak Performance package: 

  • customized weekly training plan on Training Peaks (training plans are designed to meet your goals)
  • goal consultation
  • weekly 30-minute meetings with your coach
  • unlimited athlete initiated emails, texts, and phone calls
  • 50% off bike fit
  • running dynamic analysis
  • race plan
  • race recap evaluation
  • support and motivation

Competitive Package ($160/month)

This package is for an athlete that plans on competing during the year, but their goals and training, while significant, are not as complicated or competitive as the Peak Performance athlete. 

Included in the Competitive package: 

  • customized weekly training plan on Training Peaks
  • goal consultation
  • bi-weekly 30-minute meetings with your coach
  • one athlete initiated text, phone call, or email communication per week
  • data analysis
  • 25% off bike fit
  • race plan
  • race recap evaluation
  • support and motivation

Custom Package ($100/month)

This package is for those who would like a professionally designed workout program written for them to facilitate their fitness goals. You do not on competing during the year, but just want to keep physically fit. 

Included in the Custom package: 

  • bi-weekly training plans in Training Peaks
  • monthly 20-minute meeting with your coach
  • goal evaluation
  • support and motivation
