Whether it’s a race of any kind, weight loss goal, or just wanting to feel better, our Personal Training staff can assist in what you need. Each session lasts 55 minutes.
Our goal is to make each session a productive next step to your goals, in a fun and non-intimidating environment.
One-On-One Personal Training
One-On-One Personal Training includes but is not limited to:
- Cardio programming
- Weight training programs
- Weight measurement and tracking
- Body composition measurement and tracking
- Online access to Training Peaks
One-On-One Personal Training costs:
- Single Session - 55 min session for $79
- 10 Pack - 55 min sessions for $750
- 5 Pack - 55 min sessions for $385
- 6 Pack - 45 min sessions for $300
Group Personal Training
Do you have a few friends that you would like to train with? Set up time that works for your small group and workout together! Our trainers will focus on your group needs and goals.
Group Training Costs:
We charge a $79 base rate for a 55 minute session. For each additional person, add $10, and then divide the total by the number of people.
Example for 3 people:
- $79 base rate
- $79 + $10 +$10 = $99
- $99 ÷ 3 = $33 per person
