Do you get winded easily or want to improve your endurance, stride, run speed, distance, or form? Want to perform better in your next race or simply learn safe technique so you can incorporate running into your workout/training routine? Join our Run Clinics and learn everything you need to know from our experienced run coach and trainer! The cost is $45 for 120 minutes.
Get all of this in the clinic:
- See and learn proper posture while running
- Run gait analysis
- Suggested training progression to build safely and effectively to your event
This clinic is designed to improve run form, efficiency, and to prevent injury. Improvement in each of these areas will develop the foundation for a faster run with less effort.

Our experienced run coach will work with you to get the most out of your run by increasing your speed with less effort, for a better result.
Optional Related Services:
Stryd Run Power Assessment. This assessment can be done every 4 weeks to help you see your progress as well as guide your ongoing training program. Using the Stryd power meter and our analysis, we will determine inefficiencies and come up with paces for your long runs, tempo runs, and interval work.
