Our sports nutrition plans are geared towards athletes of all shapes and sizes and performance levels.


Race Day Plan

This plan is great for shorter distance races and events.

Includes:

  • Review of past race day fueling and hydration
  • Pre-race meal suggestion
  • Individualized race day fuel and hydration including sodium needs
  • Plan B suggestions
  • Recovery fuel and hydration

Cost:

  • $150 for initial consultation
  • $79 - 1 hour continued nutrition coaching
  • $39.50 - 30 minutes continued nutrition coaching

Long Distance Plan

This plan is great for longer distance races and events.

Includes:

  • A plan based on athlete testing, and trailing nutrition and hydration to identify specific nutrition and hydration needs
  • Sweat test to identify hydration and sodium needs for training and racing
  • Gut training
  • Identifying specific carbohydrate needs for training and racing
  • Discussion of different fuel products for best athlete choice 

Cost:

  • $150 for initial consultation
  • $79 - 1 hour continued nutrition coaching
  • $39.50 - 30 minutes continued nutrition coaching
