Youth Summer Series
Tri Fitness is partnering up with PowerUp - a community-wide youth health initiative to make better eating and active living easy, fun, and popular, so that our youth can reach their full potential - to bring you an 8-week program designed to help youth learn about duathlon, triathlon, training, and nutrition.
- Week 1 - Running/Nutrition Informational Session
- Week 2 - Fun Run
- Week 3 - Biking/Nutrition Informational Session
- Week 4 - Bike Ride
- Week 5 - Duathlon Informational Session
- Week 6 - Duathlon
- Week 7 - Triathlon Informational Session
- Week 8 - Triathlon
Next 8-week program begins June 14th, 2017.
