Youth Performance

Hey youth! Get active this summer...or a head start on Fall sports training and agility!

This summer youth performance program is designed to get you moving this summer and/or help you gain strength, endurance, and agility to help you get an edge on training and performance for the Fall season of sports! So whether you simply need to burn off some energy and have fun with other youth or you play football, soccer, or participate in track or cross country, this program is for you! 

This program will include both age specific training sessions and "all ages" training sessions. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be designated for ages 13-17 and Tuesdays and Thursdays will be designated for speed and agility work for all ages. 


The next 8 week program starts Monday, June 12th, 2017.

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00am OR 1:00pm
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 8:00am

**Week of July 4th will have limited class offerings and is NOT included in the price**


  • $400 - unlimited sessions/week
  • $300 - 3 sessions/week
  • $200 - 2 sessions/week
