Competing in your first triathlon is a feat you will be proud of for years and often sparks an addiction to a sport you will love for a lifetime. Having a positive experience in your first race can make or break the sport for you. There can be a lot to learn about participating in a triathlon, but with the right guidance, you will confidently master all three events. Let our expert coaches experienced in training multisport athletes to reach their goals help you reach yours.

SPRING

Schedule is subject to change, but we will let you know in advance. All sessions will be on Saturdays at 9:30am (unless noted otherwise)

TBD | Level 1 Swim Clinic, Highview Middle School from 2:15-3:00pm (map)

TBD | How To Fix A Flat seminar (bring front tire)

TBD | Bike Basics (bring bike and helmet)

TBD | All About Transitions (bring bike and running gear)

TBD | Brick: Bike + Run Workout (bring bike, helmet, and shoes)

TBD | Level 1 (12:30-1:15pm) or 2 (1:15-2:00pm) Swim Clinic, Chippewa Middle school (map)

$160 for all sessions

$99 for 6 sessions of your choice

$20 drop-in ($25 drop-in for swim)
