Join your bike coach, Pete, for this 2-day bike seminar/clinic event for all bike levels. If you're a beginner, this clinic is great for developing a strong foundation you can build on. If you're an intermediate/advanced cycler, this clinic can help you refine your skills so you can become faster, stronger, and more efficient on the bike/road.

Space is limited to 20 participants.

  • DAY 1 | Hill training with ride and classroom talk

  • DAY 2 | Flat, roller, turns, and interval ride and classroom talk

  • Distance training | considerations from TT to IM

  • Biking and the 6 inches between your ears

  • Nutrition/Hydration considerations

  • Basic/Intermediate bike maintenance, choosing gear, and transporting your bike

  • Strength training for riding

  • Data interpretation

  • Bike fit and distance applications

Bike Coach | Certified Cycling Power Coach

Pete is one of Tri Fitness' most well-loved and experienced coaches. He is well-versed in improving position on the bike, power output, interval training, bike handling, bike tech, and maintenance. Pete's ultimate hope is to help his students achieve their training and racing goals while remaining healthy and excited about the sport of triathlon.
