Learn what is holding you back in your run training or events. A small tweak in form, identification in muscle tension or change in shoe recommendation can make all the difference. Receive a 60-minute analysis that includes a standing and moving biomechanical assessment where your coach will assess any strengths, weaknesses or tightness in the body that may be impacting your run. Following the biomechanical assessment, you will get moving on a treadmill while your coach does a video analysis looking at footwear, run form, cadence, vertical oscillation, ground contact time, etc.. Your video will then be reviewed and followed up with tips and advice you can implement to make tangible progress in your run training and/or events.
