A Customized, Injury-free Training Plan
With an 8:1 client to trainer ratio, you will feel the customization of a personal training session with the energy and community of a group class. We make sure you workout safely for an injury-free session. We ensure safe yet progressional workouts using a periodization format.
What is periodization training?
It means there are certain times of the year that are "in season" and others that are "off season." So group classes will reflect times of the year when you need to be working on form, repetition, technique, etc., and other times of the year when intensity and performance are a priority. This ensures that you'll be race ready when it's race season!

For an additional $10/month come to our gym and workout at your leisure during normal business hours.
Just want to drop in for a class or session here or there? Drop-in rate is $27.50/class.
Zoom Digital Class Pricing
We now offer Zoom digital classes for your convenience and preferred training. We offer these classes as drop-ins or in packs of 10 classes to use on any Zoom class offered on our class calendar.

Current Group Fitness Classes
Level 1. This class covers instruction in the basic strength and conditioning exercises used in all other classes, but don’t think it’s just for light weights. Key muscle groups will be challenged as you learn proper form and build a strong core.
Level 1/2. A combination of total body strength with cardio exercise, this class utilizes the entire gym. You will be moving through different routines called “circuits” using free weights, TRX bands, machines and more.
Stretch & Core
Level 1/2/3. This class utilizes stretching straps, foam rollers and other tools to improve muscle elasticity and core strength while identifying tight and troubled areas.
Level 1/2/3. Basic muscle activation and stretching routines utilizing continuous motion, breath awareness and body weight resistance for a dynamic stretch.
Level 1/2/3. A run-based workout incorporating strength. Strength training can help runners stay injury-free and build endurance safely and efficiently.
Level 1/2/3. Strength-based, total body workout designed to help you increase lean muscle, build endurance and burn fat. Your instructor will take you through a workout utilizing cables, dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, TRX bands, incline treadmill trainers and more.
Level 1/2/3. Bike workout? Run workout? It’s both! In this Jekyll meets Hyde mashup, you’ll hit the ground (or treadmill) running after each round of pedaling. Practice proper form and cadence for cycling and running to master the dreaded brick while you practice your transitions.
Level 1/2/3. Hop on your bike for a indoor ride that will improve your pedaling technique and power. This ride is enhanced by power monitors and an expert coach to help you maximize your cycling. BYOBike.
Level 1/2/3. This coached swim, low-impact workout will improve your swim endurance, power and technique. We will swim laps and different sequences to build full-body muscle quickly while also building endurance. You are ready for this class if you can successfully swim 100 yds in 2:10.
Level 2/3. A perfect combination of strength and bike. Alternate spending time on the bike improving pedaling form with time in the circuit studio improving strength. This cardio strength class is sure to kickstart your next ride by building all the right muscles. BYOBike.
Level 2/3. Develop true muscular strength in this heavy weightlifting class. We build overall body strength with primary moves such as squats, deadlifts and shoulder presses. Guided by our experts, you will build deep, strong muscle safely with the appropriate weight for your fitness level.
Level 3. A full body strength, cardio and gut busting workout. Not for the weak or weary, this class will test every cell in your body, guaranteed to make you sweat and “possibly” swear.
*Testing: Performance Cycle, Zip, and Swim. Testing is done to benchmark performance and show improvement and be assured your next 6-weeks is in line with your goals.
^Saturday Wild Card class rotation: Performance Cycle, BRICK, STRIKE
Level 1: Intro to Tri Fitness. Level 1 classes slowly cover basic movement patterns to build the foundation of strength you need to thrive in other classes.
Level 2: Some level of experience is suggested. Level 2 classes include more complex movements and moderate intensity efforts.
Level 3: Previous experience with Tri Fitness is required or pre-approved by the coach. Very high intensity combined with challenging movements.
