Ladies, this one's just for you!

Whether you’re a novice wanting to get comfortable biking on the road or you want to brush up your skills to make sure you’re getting the most out of your ride, this clinic is for you. With a fun group of ladies meeting every week, you will love finding a new cycling community that is motivating and might, probably, most likely, end with a social hour. These are no drop rides, so no rider will be left behind and you can always count on an experienced rider alongside you. We will cover everything from proper bike handling, road/trail etiquette, nutrition, staying properly hydrated, bike maintenance, to how to fix a flat tire.

Each session is a progressive education and ride session. 

​Who:

This series is designed to take brand new bikers through the basics of biking so they can feel comfortable and confident on the roads and trails. 

When:

New 6-week series TBD. Drop-ins are welcome. The series schedule is as follows:

 

  • proper helmet fit, shifting and basic bike handling + 4-6 mi ride

  • rules of the road/trail + 6-8 mi ride

  • fixing a flat, hydration, nutrition + 6-8 mi ride

  • basic bike maintenance + 8-10 mi ride

  • 8-10 mi group ride

  • 14-16 mi group ride

Where:

All sessions will be held at Withrow School (map).

Cost:

$90 for the series/$20 for drop-in sessions
