This clinic will help you maximize your efforts while maintaining your energy levels so you can have a strong ride from beginning to end.


Our experienced cycling coach will cover the following:

  • Climb vs roller

  • Hill approach

  • Gearing

  • Sitting vs standing

  • Power/effort

  • Summitting

  • Transition out of the climb

  • Descending

  • 10mi ride on hilly course and application of above
