You CAN run faster! We can help!

Join your run coaches, Vicki Ostendorf, Jack Zahn, and Adam Tills for this 1-day run seminar/clinic event for all run levels where you will literally be able to feel and measure the difference of your run performance. If you're a beginner, this clinic is great for developing a strong foundation you can build on. If you're an intermediate/advanced runner, this clinic can help you refine your skills and provide you with tips and techniques you can start using immediately to improve your run performance...all while staying injury free!

Space is limited to 20 participants.

Where: Tri Fitness (directions) | We will be outside for the workout portions of this clinic

  • 7:00am | Introduction

  • 7:30am | Foam Roll + Pre-Run Stretch

  • 8:00-8:30am | Run Drills

  • 8:30-9:00am | Yoga Session + Meditation Lecture

  • 9:00am-12:00pm | Lecture + Mock Run

What to bring with you:

  • running shoes

  • comfortable running and yoga attire

  • warm clothes | for lecture/non-running portions of clinic

  • hydration

  • snacks


  • $125 for the live event

Vicki is Tri Fitness' founder. She is well-versed in improving run power, efficiency, and endurance. Vicki's ultimate hope that everyone realize their potential, and provide coaching that will get each athlete there.
