Run Clinic

Join your run coaches, Vicki Ostendorf and Jack Zahn for this run seminar/clinic event for all run levels where you will literally be able to feel and measure the difference of your run performance. If you're a beginner, this clinic is great for developing a strong foundation you can build on. If you're an intermediate/advanced runner, this clinic can help you refine your skills and provide you with tips and techniques you can start using immediately to improve your run performance...all while staying injury free!

Vicki is Tri Fitness' founder. She is well-versed in improving run power, efficiency, and endurance. Vicki's ultimate hope that everyone realize their potential, and provide coaching that will get each athlete there.

Credentials: NASM CPT, NASM-CES, B.S. in Kinesiology, University of Minnesota - Twin Cities
 
Jack believes in evidence-based and research proven forms of exercise, he doesn’t like to get caught up in fads and trends. If you are willing to work hard, he will work even harder to make sure your goals are accomplished.
