Increase run performance while preventing injury!
Join your run/yoga coach, Adam, for this 6-week run series event for all run levels. Each 75-minute Saturday session will alternate between run drills that will help you become a more efficient and stronger runner, and run + yoga sessions that will increase flexibility, lower risk of injury, and maximize run form and performance.
Space is limited to 12 participants.
Every Saturday from May 8-June 19 at 7:00-8:15am
No session on Memorial Day
