Increase run performance while preventing injury!

Join your run/yoga coach, Adam, for this 6-week run series event for all run levels. Each 75-minute Saturday session will alternate between run drills that will help you become a more efficient and stronger runner, and run + yoga sessions that will increase flexibility, lower risk of injury, and maximize run form and performance.

Space is limited to 12 participants.



  • Every Saturday from May 8-June 19 at 7:00-8:15am

  • No session on Memorial Day

Where: Tri Fitness (directions) | We will be outside for the workout portions of this clinic

Who: All runners who are interested in running faster, longer, and without injury

What to bring with you:

  • running shoes

  • comfortable running + yoga attire

  • warm clothes | for outdoor

  • hydration


  • $130 for the 6-week event

  • $25 for drop-in
