Build a foundation and/or refine your swim skills!
Join your coaches, swim coach, Reed Steele, and Tri Fitness founder and certified Ironman Coach, Vicki Ostendorf, for this 2-day swim seminar/clinic event for all swim levels. If you're a beginner, this swiminar is great for developing a strong foundation you can build on. If you're an intermediate/advanced swimmer, this swiminar can help you refine your swim skills so you can become faster and more efficient in the water.
Space is limited to 18 participants.
Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 2:00-5:00pm (lecture from 2:00-3:15 and pool time from 3:30-5:00)
Sunday January 19, 2019 from 1:30-3:00pm
Who: All swim levels are welcome
Saturday's session will include classroom "chalk talk," pool training, and dry land training, and will focus on finding your balance point in the water with greater feel, alignment, and rotation.
Sunday's session will focus on refining your balance and moving more towards improving your efficiency and speed.
Cost: $90 for this 2-day event
